Lodge Tyre Co Ltd aims to offer the best service standards, and in our pursuit for excellence our aim is to exceed all of our customer's expectations. Our goal is to be recognised as the leading company in our chosen markets.

Our commercial strategy is to concentrate on regional fleets offering them a complete tyre management system normally only enjoyed by much larger fleets. We aim to be market leaders in the regional fleet market, but we are also in a position to service larger fleets through the ITDN and our partnership agreements with Bridgestone and Vaculug.

Our retail strategy is aimed at tapping the potential of 'Fast - Fit' products and services. Through quality of service and competitive pricing we want to retain and build on our loyal customer base.

We will remain a family concern and are committed to the well being and future development of our staff. We recognise the importance of those that work for us and view them as our most important asset.

We take pride in being a Midlands based business and serving the local communities within which we are based.

Lodge Tyres has recently been awarded Investors in People (IIP) after successfully demonstrating that we take a pro-active approach to the training and development of our staff. The independent review returned much positive feedback and highlights that the business is going in the right direction. To maintain and improve on our excellent service standards it is essential that we keep investing in our most important asset, our employees.
