Lodge Tyres have worked for EMR for 10 years offering a professional service. Out of hours call outs are dealt with swiftly and professionally. All fitters retain a professional attitude and adhere to all our Health & Safety site rules regulations.
Lodge also have helped in cost reduction of
our tyres within the Midlands fleet with reporting systems second to
none. Being a scrap metal merchant the pure nature of our business
is not tyre friendly. The reporting and traceability of our tyre damage
is excellent, thus helping EMR trace potential problem areas that helped
cost reduction. Lodge, along with EMR, have developed a safe working
procedure for wheel nut re- torques, thus reducing the risk of loose
wheel nuts after tyre changes e.t.c.
Lodge call centres are welcoming and polite and have a good working
relationship with the transport department whatever the time
is day or night.
Lodge Tyres also do fleet checks every night and at weekends.
