Lodge Tyre Co Ltd published its gender pay gap details for reporting period 2021/22 on 22nd March 2022, which contains the following data:

Mean bonus gender pay gap  91.7%
Median bonus gender pay gap  94.9%
Proportion of males receiving bonus  93.7%
Proportion of females receiving bonus  69.7%

The industry we operate in historically attracts male applicants.  As such, females make a small percentage of our workforce and are more abundant in our admin or office-based roles.  We have set wage structures which apply irrespective of gender, this reporting year saw out first female tyre technician.
