Lodge Tyre Co Ltd published its gender pay gap details for reporting period 2020/21 on 5th March 2021, which contains the following data:

Mean bonus gender pay gap  90.7%
Median bonus gender pay gap  96.9%
Proportion of males receiving bonus  92.7%
Proportion of females receiving bonus  80.0%

The industry we operate in historically attracts male applicants.  As such, females make a small percentage of our workforce and are more abundant in our admin or office-based roles.  We have set wage structures which apply irrespective of gender, this reporting year saw out first female tyre technician.
