  • Dedicated Fitter.
  • Daily onsite visits (times to suit).
  • 100% Fleet Check Capture Rates (all ‘O’ licence vehicles).
  • Pro-active Tyre Husbandry.
  • Own range of Urban Waste Collection tyres – ENVIROMASTER.
  • Test Tyres to ensure that Optimum Fitment is selected.

Account Management

  • Dedicated fitter based at local Lodge Group Depot.
  • Depot and Area Managers available for weekly meetings (where required).
  • Account Manager would attend Monthly meetings to discuss previous months provision and review reporting.

Reporting

  • Fleet Checks available via online portal (password protected).
  • Invoicing to suit Council’s needs (Singular, weekly or Consolidated).
  • Access to Customer Business Intelligence Portal (Service Level Information, Reasons for Tyre Removal Reports and Tyre Fitment Policy).
  • Any Bespoke Reporting requirements catered for.
