Lodge Tyre Co Ltd re-awarded the ‘Investors in People’ Gold accreditation

Lodge Tyre Co Ltd are delighted to have recently been re-awarded the ‘Investors in People’ Gold accreditation.

Our service performance, product knowledge, internal processes and premises are important but this award recognises that it’s our people that make the difference!

Announcing the award to staff, Commercial Director Martin O’Brien said, “Whilst special thanks goes to those Lodge personnel dealing with the accreditation submission, a massive thank you goes to every one of our staff for achieving this award. This truly stands us out from the ‘rest of the best’ in the industry. Nationally just 17% of all organisations receive the ‘Investors in People’ Gold award, and few of those are in the tyre industry.”

As the accreditation succinctly mentioned in the final report:
